The location of the hotel is excellent, right in downtown Shenzhen near Coco Park. The rooms, however, were a bit smaller than expected, and the noise from the hallway was a bit bothersome. The staff's service was a mix of rudeness and friendliness, with some team members being extremely unhelpful. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with great service at the club lounge but expensive and bad service at the main restaurant.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, near Coco Park with many dining options and shopping malls nearby. The rooms, though a bit small and noisy, were clean but not as spacious as expected. The service was exceptional, with great food options around. However, the refusal to extend my 'half day' stay was disappointing, and the gym facilities could be improved. The dining was rather expensive and not included in my rate, which was a drawback.
